I'm very pleased to announce that Steve Moore and I are collaborating with Storyville Coffee on a residency at their Roasting Studio on Bainbridge Island. Here's what it is: the second Saturday of every month Steve and I will be creating live improvisational vibes and sonic atmospheres from 9am - 12pm. We may even be joined by a special guest from time to time. It's a great space to play in, and of course the coffee is fantastic.
Steve Moore is a beautiful musician who has played keys and trombone for Sufjan Stevens, Bill Frisell, Earth, Sunn O))) and many others. He's been digging into the grand piano at the roasting studio, as well as various small and funky battery powered keyboards. I'll be generating a lot of sonics on with my guitar and laptop. So far it's been great fun. Please come join us!
